MILANO – Annunciato il tour mondiale After Hours World Tour di The Weeknd, che farà tappa a Milano il 1° novembre 2022 al Mediolanum Forum. Complessivamente sono 104 le date che – con l’aggiunta delle 39 nuove – prenderanno il via il 14 gennaio a Vancouver al Pepsi Live alla Rogers Arena con tappe a Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Parigi, Berlino e molte altre città, prima di concludersi il 16 novembre a Londra all’O2.
L’annuncio arriva pochi giorni prima della performance al Super Bowl del cantante multi-platino e include anche alcune date riprogrammate che si spostano dal 2021 per far parte dell’After Hours World Tour nel 2022.
Venerdì 5 febbraio The Weeknd pubblicherà anche il suo nuovo album: The Highlights che raccoglie alcune delle sue opere più importanti. Anche se non è un “Greatest Hits”, fornisce ai nuovi ascoltatori un’incursione in alcuni dei meglio riusciti e preferiti lavori dell’iconico artista. I fan possono pre-ordinare l’album QUI.
A oltre un anno dall’uscita, “Blinding Lights” stabilisce un record, confermandosi per la 47esima settimana nella top 10 e per la 38esima settimana nella top 5 della Billboard Hot 100.
